The TImage component is used to display an image on a user form. The image to be displayed is specified by the component’s Picture property. The component can display images of the PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, DIB, GIF or ICO format.

The TImage component contains a number or properties that control how the image is displayed. The component also includes two events that allow you to handle mouse clicks.

`PropertyCount`	Returns the number of component properties.
`PropertyName`	Returns the property name by its index.
`Proportional`	This property only has effect if `Stretch` is set to True. It specifies whether the image is re-sized proportionally.
`ShowHint`	Specifies whether to display the component’s hint.
`Stretch`	Specifies whether the component resizes the image so that it fits the component’s bounds.
`Top`	Specifies the vertical coordinate of the component’s top edge.
`Transparent`	Specifies whether the component will treat the color of the image’s bottom-leftmost pixel as a “transparent” color. All other pixels of this color will be skipped when the image is drawn.
`Visible`	Specifies whether the component is visible on screen.
`Width`	Specifies the component’s width.
