The TcxTimeEditProperties object is a helper object that contains properties specific to the TcxTimeEdit component. To obtain the TcxTimeEditProperties object from scripts, use the TcxTimeEdit.Properties property.

The TimeFormat property controls the format of the time value displayed in the component. The Use24HourFormat property lets you choose whether the 12-hour or 24-hour time format is used. Using the ShowDate property, you can enable the component to display the date along with the time.

`Increment`	Specifies the increment the edit value is increased or decreased by upon clicking the spin buttons.
`LargeIncrement`	Specifies the increment the edit value is increased or decreased by upon clicking the fast spin buttons.
`Property`	Obtains or sets the value of the property specified by its index.
`PropertyByName`	Obtains or sets the value of the property with the specified name.
`PropertyCount`	Returns the number of object properties.

`ReadOnly`	Specifies whether the component is read-only.
`ShowDate`	Indicates whether the date is displayed in the editor.
`SpinButtons`	Returns properties of the control's spin edit buttons.
`TimeFormat`	Indicates which time portions are displayed in the edit box.
`Use24HourFormat`	Specifies whether 12-hour or 24-hour mode is applied.
`UseCtrlIncrement`	Specifies whether `Up` and `Down` or `Ctrl+Up` and `Ctrl+Down` keystrokes are used to increase/decrease the spin edit value.
`UseLeftAlignmentOnEditing`	Specifies whether the component’s text is aligned to the left in edit mode.
`UseTimeFormatWhenUnfocused`	Specifies whether `TimeFormat` is used to display time even when the component is not focused. Otherwise, time representation is controlled by system local settings.
