On the first page of the Add Image wizard, you can specify the source of the image that you are going to add to the Stores > Regions collection of your project. The following options are available:

Capture a window or region
Select this option to create a new image by capturing a window or control or an object’s arbitrary region.

Add image(s) from file
Select this option to import one or more existing image files to your test project.
Choose the needed option and click Next to proceed.
