Description
The Utilities.SystemTimeToDateTime
method converts Win32’s system time value to a value that encodes date and time.

SystemTime
Specifies the desired TSystemTime
value.
Result Value
The integral part of the SystemTimeToDateTime
method’s return value is the number of days that have passed since 12/30/1899. The fractional part of this value is fraction of a 24 hour day that has elapsed.
Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To process date and time values, use the methods of the aqDateTime
object.
