If you have a Floating User license, you can activate it on any computer in your organization (with or without TestComplete installed). This computer will become the License Manager PC for TestComplete. To install the License Manager, use the standalone License Manager utility.
Your License Manager PC must have network access to all computers where TestComplete is installed.
