Description
In some scripting languages, the way the user can refer to properties (or variables) and methods (or routines) is different. Use the InvokeSyntax.IsProperty
property to specify whether the element to be invoked is a property (variable) or not.

Property Value
True if the element being invoked is a variable or a an object’s property. False, if it is a procedure, function or an object’s method.
