If you try to activate a TestComplete license on a computer where another license is already activated, you will get the error message.
You cannot activate your new license over the existing one. Before activating the new license, you need to deactivate the existing one first. You can do this either automatically, by uninstalling TestComplete, or manually, via the My SmartBear section of our web site.
