TestComplete shows this message when you are trying to switch to the TestComplete window while recording a test.

TestComplete cannot be activated during the recording process (when the Recording toolbar is shown). You can activate the TestComplete window neither when the recording is in process, nor when the recording is paused.

When this message is shown, TestComplete automatically pauses the recording. Therefore, all actions that you perform against the tested application before closing the message are not recorded. That is why, we recommend that you close the message first and then continue doing the rest of the actions (if necessary).

To stop the recording, convert the recorded actions to the test and switch to the TestComplete window, you can either click Stop in this message, or click the Stop button on the Recording toolbar.

To continue recording a test with TestComplete, you can click either Continue in this message, or Record on the Recording toolbar.
