Description
The Utilities.AnsiCompareFileName method compares two file names under control of the current locale. Comparison is case-insensitive.

Parameters
The method has the following parameters:
Str1 and Str2
The strings that specify the file names that should be compared by the method.
Result Value
The result value is greater than zero if Str1 > Str2. If Str1 < Str2, the result value is less than zero. It equals zero only if Str1 = Str2, which means the file names are identical.
Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To compare string values, use the aqString.Compare method.
