This message is displayed if the Excel file specified as the data source for a DB Table variable could not be opened for editing in Microsoft Excel. The following are the possible causes of the problem:

The fully-qualified file name exceeds 218 characters, which is Excel’s limitation on the maximum path length. To resolve the problem, rename the file or move it to a location with a shorter path, so that the fully-qualified file name contains no more than 218 characters.

Your user account does not have permissions to read files in the specified folder. To resolve the problem, ask your system administrator to grant you the necessary permissions.
