On the Choose a Device for Image Capturing page of the Add Image to Image Repository wizard, you select the device from the screen of which you want to capture the needed image:

Select Desktop to capture an image on your current PC desktop.

Select the connected mobile device to capture an image on its screen.
If you have several mobile devices connected to TestComplete, select the one you need.
In order for TestComplete to be able to access an iOS device’s screen, your tested application must be prepared for testing and running on the device. See Preparing iOS Applications.
Click Next to confirm the choice and continue adding the image. Click Cancel to close the wizard.
