TestComplete displays this message if it fails to send test results via e-mail.
Here are some common reasons:

You are trying to send a large log file (more than 50 megabytes). You can decrease log size by clearing the Include Visualizer images checkbox in the Send Log via Email Dialog dialog.

The MAPI client was closed before TestComplete finished sending an e-mail. Make sure that you do not close the client until the e-mail is sent.

A third-party application prevented TestComplete from sending an e-mail. Make sure that you can send e-mail messages without interference from other applications.
