TestComplete shows this message when you are trying to send a test log via email and support for testing Windows Store applications in enabled in TestComplete.

To resolve the issue, disable the Tools > Options > Engines > General > Enable support for testing Windows Store applications option in TestComplete. In order for the change to come into effect, restart TestComplete. You can then try to send the test results via email again.
