The TcxSpeedButtonOptions object is a helper object which allows the TcxButton object to simulate the speed button behavior. To obtain the TcxSpeedButtonOptions object in your script, use the TcxButton.SpeedButtonOptions property.

The TcxSpeedButtonOptions contains the GroupIndex, AllowAllUp and Down properties, which allow a group of speed buttons to simulate a radio group.

`AllowAllUp`	Specifies whether the speed button in the group can be unpressed by clicking it.
`CanBeFocused`	Specifies whether the speed button can be focused.
`Down`	Specifies the speed button state in the group.
`Flat`	Specifies whether the speed button has a border that makes it look pressed or unpressed.
`GroupIndex`	Specifies the index of the logical group the speed button belongs to.
`Transparent`	Specifies whether the button's background is transparent.
