Description
The Utilities.LowerCase method converts all letters of the specified string (Str) to lowercase and returns the resulting string. The conversion affects only ASCII characters between 'a' and 'z'.

The given string in which all the characters are in lowercase.
Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To convert a string to lowercase, use the aqString.ToLower method.
