Description
The Utilities.CompareText method compares two strings. Comparison is case-insensitive. The comparison operation is not affected by the current locale.

The method has the following parameters:
Str1 and Str2
Specify the strings that should be compared.
Result Value
The result value is greater than zero if Str1 > Str2. If Str1 < Str2, the result value is less than zero. It equals zero only if Str1 = Str2, which means the strings are identical.
Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To compare two strings, use the aqString.Compare method.
