Description
The Utilities.AnsiUpperCase method converts all the letters of the given string (Str) to uppercase and returns the resulting string. The conversion is affected by the current locale.

Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To convert the string to uppercase, use the aqString.ToUpper method.
