Utilities.AnsiExtractQuotedStr Method

Description

The Utilities.AnsiExtractQuotedStr method scans the given string (Str) and removes the quote characters from the beginning and from the end of the string. If this function finds a pair of quote characters within the string, it reduces each pair to a single quote character. If the first character in Str is not the value of the Quote parameter, AnsiExtractQuotedStr returns an empty string.

The unquoted string.

Remarks

This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To unquote a string, use the aqString.Unquote method.
