Message - 'The license administrator has interrupted your license session...'

This page is related to new SmartBear ID-based licenses that we’ve introduced in TestComplete 14.9.

About

This message indicates that your license administrator has temporarily disconnected your SmartBear ID from the license to free the license seat for another user. This could happen, for example, if you didn’t free the license (didn’t close the product) before going home.

Solution

You can use the license again once available seats appear. If there is an urgent need for the license, please ask your license administrator to free a license seat for you on the SmartBear Licensing Portal.

Note on modules

TestComplete licenses can be applied to the entire product or its individual modules. If the message relates to a module or modules, you can choose to continue the run without using them. That is, you can turn them off and continue using other TestComplete features while waiting for the license seat.

If you select this option, you will need to enable the modules later when you get the license.
