Mobile testing improvements

Performance/responsiveness improvements on BitBar devices for native mobile testing when pressing the ‘Home’ button as well as Keyboard input events (Enter and Backspace).

High availability devices will be shown at the top of the ‘Select BitBar device’ screen.

Highlighting UI elements from the mobile screen will also highlight the object in the object browser as well.
