Changing Admin Password in SwaggerHub On-Premise

If internal authentication is used

The admin password used to access the Admin Center can be changed from the main SwaggerHub application.

Change the admin password

If you know the admin password and want to change it:

  1. Navigate to the SwaggerHub home page (not the Admin Center) and log in as the admin user.

  2. From the username menu, select Settings.

  3. Type the old password, type the new password twice and click Update Password.

Reset admin password

  1. Navigate to the SwaggerHub home page (not the Admin Center).

  2. Click Login in the top right corner.

  3. Click the Forgot Login Info? link.

  4. Type in the admin username or admin email address and click Request. A password reset link will be sent to the admin email address.

If single sign-on is used

If your SwaggerHub On-Premise instance is configured to use single sign-on, please contact Support and we will guide you through changing the admin password.
