Changing or Removing Credit Card Information

This information applies to SwaggerHub SaaS.

Organization owners can change the credit card used to pay for a SwaggerHub subscription. Owners can also delete unused cards from available payment methods for the organization.

Change the card used for payment

  1. In My Hub, click Settings next to your organization.

  2. Switch to the Plan tab.

  3. Click Update next to the credit card information.

  4. If the card you want to use is already on the list, select it and click Save.

  5. If you want to use a new card, you need to add it:

    • Click Choose another way to pay.

      Change payment method
    • Enter new card information. It will be added to your organization’s available payment methods.

    • Select the new card from the list and click Save.

The newly selected card will be changed when the next billing period begins.

Delete an unused card

You can delete cards that are no longer in use. "Unused" refers to cards other than the current payment method.

If you have recently canceled your organization’s plan, you need to wait until the current billing period ends before you can delete the card that was used as the payment method.
An example of cards that can and cannot be deleted

To delete a card:

  1. In My Hub, click Settings next to your organization.

  2. Switch to the Plan tab.

  3. Click Add/Delete next to the credit card information.

  4. Select the card you want to delete and click Delete.

  5. Click Confirm delete.
