Billing History

This information applies to SwaggerHub SaaS.

Organization owners can view the billing details and history on the Billing page in organization settings. To access this page:

  1. Go to My Hub and click next to the organization name in the sidebar.

  2. Switch to the Billing page.

The Billing page contains several blocks:

  • Pricing - contains your current plan, its price, and billing period (monthly or annually). You can change the plan and billing period at any time.

  • Next Payment - the date and amount of the next payment.

  • Payment Method - the name and last four digits of the card used for payments. You can change the card if needed. To do that, click the Manage Payment Methods link.

  • Billing History - the payment history by month or year (depending on the billing period), including the card information (name and last four digits), the amount paid, and the transaction status (for example, settled or declined).

Download PDF invoices

To download an invoice as a PDF file, click next to the payment in the Billing History table.

The invoice contains:

  • Company name
  • Billing address
  • Tax number (Tax ID, VAT ID or other – if specified in the billing details)
  • Invoice number and date
  • Payment terms and method
  • Itemized pre-tax charges
  • Total charge
  • Payment date
  • Other payment details
