SoapUI is part of ReadyAPI and is available to all users of the product.

The Base SoapUI functionality is available for free to any user who has a license for any tool of ReadyAPI. For example, this means base functional and security testing features are available for the LoadUI Pro users.

Pro licenses allow you to use all the features of SoapUI to the full extent.
