This topic contains a list of available options for handling REST requests in ReadyAPI.
To configure the REST options:

Click
on the ReadyAPI toolbar. -
Switch to the REST tab in the left part of the ReadyAPI Preferences window and configure the necessary options.
The available options and their descriptions are in the table below.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Load schema types | If enabled, ReadyAPI loads dependent XSD schema types. |
| Use empty XSD schemas | If enabled, ReadyAPI loads empty XSD schemas. Otherwise, empty schemas are ignored. |
| Trim REST | If selected, spaces at the beginning and at the end of REST files are removed. |
