Test Warm-up

Applies to ReadyAPI 3.52, last modified on April 18, 2024

When the test starts, it may take some time for the server to start responding reliably. Generally, the first five seconds of the load test do not provide reliable data, and may affect your overall statistics. Thus, it is a good idea to have a warm-up time in your test, during which the requests are sent, but the data is not gathered. To set the warm-up time in your tests, open the Load Test Editor and specify the test start delay to the Warm-up Time field.
