With the ReadyAPI JIRA Integration plugin, you can create JIRA items for failed tests directly from ReadyAPI.
Requirements
To use the plugin, make sure the following requirements are met:
- Jira version – 8.x, 9.x
- ReadyAPI version – 3.47 and later
- Plugin version – 1.6.5
- ReadyAPI Test Pro license

Updating to 1.6.5
To update Jira plugin:

Go to Integrations Tab.

Select Jira Integration Plugin and Click on Updates.
Click the image to enlarge it.

Click Yes when asked if you want to Upgrade plugin.

Plugin wil update automatically.
