The Security Scan Status tile shows the status of recently run security scans of security tests and gives you an understanding of the potential security vulnerabilities of your target services.
The tile presents this information in a chart where the horizontal axis shows the scan types, and the vertical axis shows the total number of security scans in a project.

If you do not have a security test, or if you have not run it yet, you will see sample data in the tile. To learn about creating functional tests, see Your First Functional Test.
To use the Security Scan Status tile, you need a ReadyAPI Test Pro license. If you do not have it, you can either request it on our website or start a trial.
By default, the Security Scan Status tile shows the security scan information of all recently run projects. You can select a project whose data you want to be displayed in the tile from the drop-down list:

By default, the Security Scan Status tile shows all the scans added to the current project. You can select a security scan to be displayed in the chart from the drop-down list:

The Security Scan Status tile shows recent data that is relevant to the time interval you set. Click in the top-right corner of the tile and select one of the options: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom. By using the Custom option, you can set an arbitrary period.
To view a summary of a security scan, point to a bar in the chart:

To get details about a security scan, click a chart bar or right-click anywhere in the tile and select View Details. The Security Scan Details window will appear:

This window contains a graph that by default shows the details of the scan you have clicked and a table that contains the following data:
Security scan, project, and request names.
A security scan status.
Possible values: Fail, Pass, Standby.
The date and time of the last security scan.
You can filter the results displayed on the graph and in the table by projects, scans, requests, and time intervals.
You can also view the details of each security scan. To do that, click Open. ReadyAPI will open the respective editor.
Click or right-click anywhere in the Security Scan Status tile and select Generate Report. ReadyAPI will generate and open the report. Use the dialog toolbar to save the report or print it.
