Use the Git page to configure options related to the Git integration and manage Git provider accounts.
To configure the options:
Click
on the ReadyAPI toolbar.
Select the Git tab in the left part of the ReadyAPI Preferences window and configure the needed options.
The available options and their descriptions are in the table below.

Update project on load | If selected, ReadyAPI downloads the changes from the remote repository once the project is loaded. |

Git Preferences provides you access to the Git provider accounts:

To add an account, select Connect (or Add Account, if you already have an account of that type):

If you already have a Git account added to ReadyAPI, but you want to edit it, click Edit Account:

To test if your account can connect to the server or repository, select Test Connection.
Note
The connection test will always be successful for public Git repositories because you can always connect to them, even without credentials. However, you will not be able to perform some actions like push if you are not authorized.
