PluginTestStep creates a custom test step to be used with functional tests. It is usually combined with @PluginPanelBuilder to allow for configuration of the step.

Property	Description
typeName	An internal id to uniquely identify this test step type.
name	A verbal name of the type of the test step.
description	The description of what it does.
iconPath	An icon to be shown in the toolbar. Optional, but recommended.

The annotated class must implement the TestStep interface (and, usually, extends WsdlTestStepWithProperties).
