When the application stamps date and time information, it uses the server’s time. For SaaS clients, the time in date and time fields on the table reflect the Mountain Time Zone (GMT-7) in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.sss format.
Each user can set their own time zone, and the system will display date and time information on any record in the selected format and time zone. To set the time zone, you need to do the following:

Go to > Setup > System Configuration > System Options.

Select the needed time zone in Your Time Zone option in the Your Personal Preferences (Affects You Only) section.
