With CrossBrowserTesting.com, you can run functional and unit web tests in real-world mobile and desktop web browsers. It offers dozens of modern web browser versions running on various desktop and mobile operating systems. The CrossBrowserTesting.com testing engine automatically captures screenshots during the test run, which allows you to compare the layout differences in multiple browser environments.

In QAComplete, you can work with CrossBrowserTesting.com directly while running manual tests in the Test Runner, or associate it with your configurations.

Enable the integration

To enable the integration between QAComplete and CrossBrowserTesting.com:

  1. Go to  > Integrations.

  2. On the CrossBrowserTesting panel, specify your credentials:

    • Login – Your CrossBrowserTesting.com username
    • Password – Your CrossBrowserTesting.com password
  3. Click Connect.

If QAComplete establishes a connection successfully, the Connected line will appear above the edit boxes.

Note for on-premises users

If your QAComplete server uses a proxy to connect to the Internet, make sure that CrossBrowserTesting.com can be accessed through that proxy.

Change the user

To change the user account you use for synchronization between QAComplete and CrossBrowserTesting.com, simply click Change, specify the credentials for the CrossBrowserTesting.com account you want to use and click Connect.

Disconnect from CrossBrowserTesting.com

To disconnect from CrossBrowserTesting.com, click Change and remove all the data from the Login and Password edit boxes.
