If you try to activate a LoadComplete license on your computer where another license is activated, the activation will fail and LoadComplete will show an error message.
Your new license cannot be activated over the existing one. Before activating the new license, you need to deactivate the existing one first. You can do this either automatically, by uninstalling LoadComplete, or manually, via the My SmartBear section of our web site (https://my.smartbear.com).
