All the Product Instances Allowed by Your License Key Are Already in Use (Running)

Applies to LoadComplete 4.97, last modified on May 20, 2019

A Floating User license (also known as concurrent license) is shared by a group of users within the same network and allows any user to use the license at one time; the number of concurrent users is limited and determined by the license key. With Floating User licensing, you can start LoadComplete only if the License Manager has at least one license that is not currently in use.

If all the available Floating User licenses are currently in use, LoadComplete fails to start and displays an error message. In this case, you need to wait until another user finishes their LoadComplete session (and, therefore, releases the license), so that you can start LoadComplete on your machine.

Alternatively, consider upgrading your license to allow more concurrent users.
