To replace the trial version of LoadComplete with a Pro (commercial) version, you need to replace the trial license key with the Pro key that you get after purchasing LoadComplete.

You cannot activate Pro licenses in a virtual environment. If your trial license is activated on a cloud computer or on a virtual machine, you will not be able to upgrade it to the Pro version. Activate your Pro license on a physical computer.

Getting Pro License Key
You can find your Pro license key in the e-mail message that you received from the SmartBear team after ordering a LoadComplete Pro license. You can also find the Pro license key on our web site:

Log in to the My SmartBear section of our web site:
You can find the user account and password in the e-mail that you received after purchasing your LoadComplete license.

Switch to the LoadComplete 4 product page and find your license key on it.
