Licensing Portal for Users

On the Licensing Portal, you can view the licenses assigned to you, download product installers, and change the password of your SmartBear account.

Start

Log in to the Portal using your SmartBear account:

https://manage.smartbear.com

The Portal displays information on all the licenses available to you. Here is a sample view of the Portal:

  1. Find the product and license on the Portal.

  2. Expand the license node to see SmartBear accounts to which the license seats have been assigned.

  3. Click . In the subsequent dialog box, select the product version for downloading. Click Download:

Get access key

In the top right corner, select > Access Key and copy the access key in the subsequent dialog:

Change your password

To change the password, use the “Forgot password?” link in the Login dialog:

  1. If you are not logged in to the Licensing Portal, open the Portal page in your browser:

    https://manage.smartbear.com

    If you are logged in, log out of the Portal. To do this, select > Sign Out on the top right:

    After you logged out, the Portal shows the Login dialog.

  2. In the Login dialog, click Forgot password?. In the subsequent dialog, specify the email of your SmartBear account and click Send:

    This will send you an email with the link for a password change.

  3. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions on the screen to change your password.
