• Restrict users who can reopen reviews (COLLAB-9671). Added the ability for administrators to grant review reopen permissions to specific users. Only users with the assigned permission can reopen completed reviews.

Improvements:

• UI enhancement: Collapsible Administrator Message section (COLLAB-11051). The "Message from the Administrator" section is now collapsible, reducing screen space while allowing users to expand and view the message when needed.

• Allow administrators to delete rejected or cancelled reviews (COLLAB-11654).

• Restrict administrators from creating users with the "Everyone" keyword (COLLAB-11253).

• Restrict file types for Repository Hosting Services uploads (COLLAB-11547). Administrators can now specify file types that are restricted from being uploaded to reviews through Repository Hosting Services integrations.

• Add collab resync command to synchronize missed pull request commits (COLLAB-12323 & COLLAB-12376). Users can now add the collab resync comment to a pull request to synchronize commits that were not updated in the review. Supported for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Cloud, and Azure DevOps Git.

• Enhanced autopolling password validation (COLLAB-12575). Improved validation of autopolling passwords to prevent invalid credentials from being saved, ensuring autopolling configurations remain accessible and visible.

• Generate Service Provider (SP) certificate for SAML authentication (COLLAB-12647). Administrators can now generate a Service Provider (SP) public certificate for Collaborator to upload to their identity provider (IdP), enabling successful validation of signed SAML logout requests.

• Implement the base-uri directive in Content Security Policy (CSP) headers (COLLAB-12677). Added support for the base-uri directive in Content Security Policy (CSP) headers to strengthen security by restricting the URLs that can be used in the HTML <base> element.

• Fixed multiple accessibility issues to improve the overall user experience and accessibility across the application (COLLAB-10853, COLLAB-10854, COLLAB-10855, COLLAB-10856, COLLAB-10857, COLLAB-10858, COLLAB-10859 & COLLAB-10860).

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where review deadline notifications did not display the correct username of the user who triggered the deadline change (COLLAB-12564)
• Archiving content cache does not include non-review files (COLLAB-12606)

New Features:

• Add project-level archive option to archive all reviews in a project (COLLAB-10067). Introduced project-level archiving to archive all reviews in a project with one action.

• Introduced a file size limit setting for manual uploads in Admin Settings (COLLAB- 10553). Administrators can now restrict the file size allowed for uploads in a review using the new "Max file size in a review" setting under Access Restrictions, applicable to file and folder uploads.

Improvements:

• Notify defect creators on any defect status change (Fix/Delete/Reject) (COLLAB-7903). Defect creators now get in‑app and email alerts for any defect that is fixed, deleted, or rejected.
• Make long URLs in checklist custom fields clickable (COLLAB-8697).

• Show top 10 most recently updated closed reviews when using closed filter (COLLAB-11071).

• Allow multiline text in user login prompt (COLLAB-11248). You can now add multi‑line login prompt messages, allowing clearer instructions and helpful links to be shown on the login screen.

• Reviews are deleted when the linked bitbucket server PR is deleted (COLLAB-11298). Collaborator now detects when a linked Bitbucket Server PR is deleted and automatically updates the associated review to Deleted or Cancelled, based on its current phase.

• Add confirmation message for unchecking checklist items (COLLAB-11319).

• Add configurable action for reviews when Pull Requests are merged or declined (COLLAB-11324). Introduced new repository hosting configuration settings: "When PR is merged" & "When PR is declined". These control the review state transition when an associated PR is merged or declined prior to review completion.

• Upgraded Collaborator to run on Java 17 (COLLAB-11373)

• Add file masking support to GUI Client to create review for a changelist (COLLAB-11509). File-mask filters are now supported when creating a review for a changelist from the GUI client. This enhancement allows users to selectively include or exclude files, providing greater control over the content of a review. Supported for Perforce, GIT, SVN and TFS.

• Change the label name from "LDAP NameIDPolicy format" to "SAML NameIDPolicy format" (COLLAB-11514).

• Update review deadline logic to treat deadline as an inclusive date (COLLAB-11681).

• Add compatibility recommendation note to client installation page (COLLAB-11709). A recommendation is added to the client installation page advising users to run the client and server on the same version to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.

• Increased the database field size to support Jira Project Lists up to 11,000 characters when logging in via Atlassian Server OAuth (COLLAB-12002).

• Updated the Atlassian OAuth configuration to support Atlassian resource data up to 11,000 characters (COLLAB-11651).
