The User Keywords dialog lets you define words that the Editor panel will highlight in a special style. This is the style that is specified for the User reserved word element in the Highlighting Settings dialog.

The style that is set for the User reserved word element overrides any other styles that may be applied to a word you added to user keywords. |
You can separate individual keywords in the list with any non-alphanumeric symbols, including line-breaks.
