AQTime displays this message when you are trying to merge two or more Performance profiler results that were obtained via different counters. AQTime cannot merge such results, because they include different columns. For instance, the results of the Elapsed Time counter do not include the Branches with Children column which is included in the results of the Mispredicted CPU Branches counter. AQTime can merge only those results that were obtained via the same counter.
