To profile applications in the COM Server, ASP.NET, IIS and Service profiling modes or under Windows 64-bit platforms, AQTime uses the AQTime 8 Service or AQTime 8 Service (x64). AQTime launches this service after you start profiling and if the service failed to launch for some reason, AQTime displays this message to inform you that it cannot start profiling.
You can start the service via Control Panel > Administrator Tools > Services:
If this does not help, please reinstall AQTime.
