To use AQTime, you must have a valid license. AQTime automatically performs a license check at startup and during the run. If AQTime fails to check the license, it displays this message. The message text includes the description of the error that occurred.

The troubleshooter will also help you collect information and submit a request to the SmartBear Support Team. When submitting the request, please specify the exact error message you see. To get it, click the header of the message box and press Ctrl+C.
