Q.: Can I use several License Managers in my network?

A.: Yes, you can. To do this, activate your TestComplete licenses on several physical machines and they will automatically become License Managers. So, after running TestComplete, the licensing mechanism starts searching for the License Manager running in the network and chooses the first server founded.

If you need TestComplete to be applied to the specific license server (if you have licenses that include various combinations of TestComplete modules, for example), do the following:

  • Open the http://localhost:1947/_int_/config_to.html page in the TestComplete workstation's browser.
  • Clear the Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses check box.
  • Specify the IP address of the desired license server in the Specify Search Parameters field.
  • Click Submit.
