About this video

This video shows how teams can create customized support sites for their clients. By creating a support site, it allows their clients to easily post support issues and track the status of their tickets online – fostering a much better relationship with their clients. The video discusses how to set up the support sites, how to customize the sites with their own logos and custom cascading style sheets, and how to tailor the sites to collect the information critical to provide support to their clients. It also illustrates how those tickets flow into the defects section of our tool and how they can use the reports and dashboards to view ticket activity over time.
