This video illustrates how On-Premise (Enterprise) edition clients can modify existing reports or create their own new reports using SAP’s Crystal Reports. Once reports have been created, they can be uploading into ALMComplete, DevComplete or QAComplete. This video demonstrates how to download existing reports, make changes to them and re-upload them. It also illustrates how to create reporting groups and how to set security so that only specific people can see specific report. It describes how to set report parameters and demonstrates how to customize them. Finally, it shows how to schedule report to run unattended to be distributed to team members on specific days of the month.
