About this video

This video illustrates how to adjust the fields that are shown on the add end edit screens. For an example, it uses the screen setup for our Contact Management screen, but this feature works identically for requirements, test cases and defects. From the screen layouts area, it shows how to re-organize fields on the screen, how to specific which fields require data entry, and how to set default values that are automatically filled in when entering new data. Last, it identifies how you can use workflow in conjunction with field display.
